Accelerating the professional inclusion of refugee women in France in digital and tech jobs

This Septembre 2021 will start the 4th Edition of the #TF4Women Fellowship in France. The 6-month free programme will provide one-on-one mentoring support from tech, digital and HR experts as well as educational online training and networking activities. The final goal? Be the bridge between refugee women talents and companies seeking to grow thanks to diverse and international teams.

For whom?

This programme is for you if:   You are a woman with the refugee/subsidiary protection status;  You have a level B1 minimum in french;  You have basic computer skills; You are at the end of your studies or unemployed. You want to work in the world of technology & digital;  You want to develop your online job-search skills;
